Who are we?
What do we do?

We manufacture a sealing material that is akin to adhesives and sealing agents by combining and mixing chemicals such as mainly acrylic emulsion, calcium carbonate, polyputane and surfactants. When the word "chemical" is mentioned, most people conjure up danger; therefore, the principal ingredients will be explained so that ordinary people can understand it.

For example, acrylic emulsion is acrylic resin produced from petroleum dissolved in water. These are used in such things as cosmetic masks used for facials. Calcium carbonate is used in cookies and by controlling the amount, it is beneficial to health maintenance. Calcium carbonate is also used in newspapers and papers made from wood. Polyputane is used in chewing gum in place of the well-known chickle. It is a syrupy substance without taste or smell, non-toxic and often used in disposable diapers for babies. Surfactants are generally used in bar-soaps, shampoos and cosmetics that create bubbles when combined with water. At First Kakoh, these ingredients are mixed in a large 200 horsepower mixer to manufacture adhesives and sealers. Adhesives are generally known as "Bond"; however, "Bond" is the name of an adhesive product manufactured by Konishi Inc. Adhesives manufactured by First Kakoh are relatives of the "Bond". Those of you who are familiar with sealing materials are probably those who are handy around the house. The technology for Sealers was imported from the U.S. about 30 years ago. It is a cream-like substance used in roofs, ceilings and floors. When applied, it reacts to moisture such as evaporation of water or oxygen in the air to become a strong rubber that prevents penetration of water and dirt. Sealers manufactured by First Kakoh are mostly used in buildings and houses; it was used between the partitions of the Nagoya Dome. Besides buildings, Sealers are also use in automobiles, buses, air conditioners and machinery.

Overview

Auto Graph Measurement Contrivance

Various powders, liquids, solids are combined, mixed, dispersed, reacted and dissolved to form fluid, paste and putty substances. These are placed into various tubes, cartridges, cans, bags and bottles.

Planetary Mixer

A planetary mixer is an all-purpose mixer with superior capabilities for mixing, such as combining solid and liquids. Through two plates rotating and revolving as in a planetary movements, dead space between reciprocal spaces of the plates and internal surface space of the tank and the plates are greatly minimized; resulting in effective mixing and kneading (mixing and dispersing).
Simply put, low to medium viscosity items such as paints, mayonnaise and toothpaste to high viscosity items such as peanut butter, taffy candy and chewing gums (10,000-1,000.000cps) can be mixed and combined. Applications of heat or cold can be easily controlled with a jacket by cutting off oxygen or moisture by degassing through decompression of the vacuum.

Kneading machine

The kneading machine has the superior capability of mixing substances such as rubber and resin that are high or super high in viscosity. Superior kneading can be obtained with two extremely strong blades (mixing, combining and dispersing). By degassing through decompression of a vacuum, lustrous kneaded products can be created and the application of heat and cold is easily controlled by using a jacket.

Filling Devices

Products that are produced with a planetary mixer and a kneading machine are filled by using a pressurized filling or extruded into all types of shapes, containers and packaging.
